  • 4 cups mixed greens (like romaine, spinach, or arugula)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Your favorite burger sauce or dressing (like ketchup, mustard, or ranch)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until the meat is browned, about 10 minutes.
  2. While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the vegetables. Get your mixed greens ready, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the cucumber.
