- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens (like romaine, spinach, or arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Your favorite burger sauce or dressing (like ketchup, mustard, or ranch)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until the meat is browned, about 10 minutes.
- While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the vegetables. Get your mixed greens ready, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the cucumber.
- In serving bowls, start with a base of mixed greens. Layer on the cooked meat, followed by cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and finish with shredded cheese.
- Drizzle your favorite sauce over the top and enjoy your burger bowl fresh!
