Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Oil for frying
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes
