A delicious twist on traditional taquitos featuring spicy buffalo chicken and crunchy fried tortillas.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 10 small flour or corn tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate it. For a healthier version, consider baking the taquitos.
