  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken, cooking it until fully done and shredding the meat.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl until combined.
  3. Set up a breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Form small sticks from the chicken mixture, making sure they are not too thick.
  5. Coat the sticks first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, or Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
