- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken, cooking it until fully done and shredding the meat.
- Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl until combined.
- Set up a breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Form small sticks from the chicken mixture, making sure they are not too thick.
- Coat the sticks first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, or Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
