Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped

3 cups vegetable broth
2 cups milk

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
