- Pinch of salt
- Blueberry sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them in the greased baking dish.
- Dollop the softened cream cheese over the croissant pieces and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, ensuring every piece is coated.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
