Turn a simple pack of Trader Joe’s ricotta ravioli into a restaurant-worthy meal! This easy burrata-topped hack combines creamy tomato sauce, herbs, and a luscious burrata center for the ultimate comfort feast.
Ingredients
1 package Trader Joe’s Ricotta & Lemon Zest Ravioli (or similar)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup marinara or tomato basil sauce
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 burrata ball (about 4 oz)
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Grated Parmesan, for serving
Instructions
1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened and slightly blistered.
4. Stir in marinara sauce and red pepper flakes, simmering for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked ravioli and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
6. Transfer to a serving dish and top with the burrata ball.
7. Sprinkle with fresh basil, Parmesan, and a crack of black pepper.
8. Cut into the burrata right before serving for a creamy, melty explosion!
Notes
For extra depth, drizzle with balsamic glaze or chili oil before serving.
