- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.
- Scoop balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
