Ingredients

- 4 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Wash and chop celery, shred carrots, slice red bell pepper, green onions, and chop cilantro.
- Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine celery, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Combine and season: Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for best flavor.
Notes
For a sweeter dressing, add more sugar. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
