Ingredients
**For the filling:**
4 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen — strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
**For the crumble topping:**
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine berries, sugars, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla; toss gently to coat.
3. Pour berry mixture into the prepared baking dish.
4. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly.
6. Sprinkle topping evenly over the berries.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling.
8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
9. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for the ultimate treat.

Use whatever berries you have — even frozen ones (no need to thaw).
