A delightful dessert featuring caramel, bananas, and cream on a crunchy biscuit base.
Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Cook the sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat for 1 to 2 hours until it becomes caramel.
- Pour the warm caramel over the crust and allow it to cool.
- Slice the ripe bananas and arrange them on top of the caramel.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form and spread it on top of the bananas.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and flavor. Refrigerate leftovers and enjoy within 2-3 days.
