Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the oats, chia seeds, and nut butter to the mashed bananas.
- Pour in the honey or maple syrup.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Form small amounts of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Chill the energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
