Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until it forms a thick paste.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  4. Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
