- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until it forms a thick paste.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
