Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 2 cups of cooked roast beef, shredded
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit until it’s about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit and top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Fold each biscuit over to form a pocket, sealing the edges tightly.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Heat the beef broth until warm for dipping.
  9. Serve the biscuits warm with the dipping broth.

Notes

These biscuits can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. Use other types of biscuit dough for added flavor.
