Delicious baked biscuits filled with savory roast beef and melted Swiss cheese, served with a warm dipping broth.
Ingredients

- 1 can of biscuit dough
- 2 cups of cooked roast beef, shredded
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded roast beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit until it’s about 4-5 inches in diameter.
- Place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit and top with Swiss cheese.
- Fold each biscuit over to form a pocket, sealing the edges tightly.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat the beef broth until warm for dipping.
- Serve the biscuits warm with the dipping broth.
Notes
These biscuits can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. Use other types of biscuit dough for added flavor.
