Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
