Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Corn tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together flour, beer, salt, and pepper to create a light batter.
- In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Dip each piece of fish into the batter, coating it evenly, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the avocado crema by blending avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Warm the corn tortillas in another pan until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing crispy fish in a warm tortilla and topping with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and avocado crema.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
