1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup mixed olives
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/4 cup fresh mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Fresh rosemary sprigs (for wreath)
Crackers or toasted bread for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place feta in an oven-safe dish, drizzle with honey, olive oil, and sprinkle with chili flakes.
3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until warm and slightly golden.
4. On a large round platter, arrange rosemary sprigs in a circular shape to form a wreath base.
5. Layer cherry tomatoes, olives, artichokes, red peppers, meats, mozzarella, and basil decoratively around the rosemary.
6. Place the baked feta dip in the center of the wreath.
7. Drizzle extra honey on the feta if desired and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
Notes
You can make the antipasto wreath ahead and refrigerate, then add the hot feta dip right before serving.
For a milder dip, reduce the chili flakes or substitute with a touch of smoked paprika.
Try adding marinated mushrooms or pickled vegetables for extra variety and texture.
