Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup

  4. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the potato and onion layer.
  5. Layer the remaining potato slices and onions on top of the beef.
  6. Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the layers.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
