1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
24 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray or oil (for baking or frying)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil in a skillet for frying.

4. Lightly brush the edges with water, then fold into triangles or bring corners together to form a purse shape.
5. For baked wontons: Arrange on a greased baking sheet, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
6. For fried wontons: Fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
7. Drain on paper towels and let cool slightly before serving.
8. Serve warm with ranch or marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
Make them ahead and freeze before baking or frying — cook directly from frozen for convenience.
Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
These make excellent game day snacks, party appetizers, or even a quick lunch with a salad on the side.
